I don’t have a PayPal account, how do I pay?
You do not need a PayPal account to pay, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. After clicking the "Buy Now" button for the hearing aid battery size you want to buy, verify you have selected the correct battery size and quantity at the top of the page. If you do not have a Paypal account, click the continue button at the bottom left corner of the order page. Enter your credit card information into the secure order page.

Why are there letters with my hearing aid battery size?
Different manufacturers often place different letters before or after the battery size. For instance, 13A or R13ZA may look different, but both codes represent size 13 batteries and will work with any hearing aid which uses size 13 batteries.

When will the hearing aid batteries I buy expire?
Expiration dates tend to be around 3.5 years from the time you purchase them.

Do your batteries have mercury in them?
No, we sell only Rayovac extra advanced batteries, which are a zinc air battery and contain no mercury.

Why haven’t I received my batteries yet?
Please allow the number of days specified in the shipping information page for your batteries to arrive. If your batteries have not arrived by that time please contact us and let us know.
